She has worked with leading companies since the early stages of corporate sustainability efforts in Türkiye, contributing to the development of reporting practices and ESG strategies for pioneering organizations.
She supports companies in Türkiye and internationally on climate and water risk assessments, scenario analyses, greenhouse gas inventories, CDP disclosures and the development of net-zero pathways in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Ece AkdoÄŸan Özmen - Partner

Ece specializes in ESG strategy development and reporting, drawing on long-standing experience in sustainability consulting across the Gulf Region and Türkiye. She has advised local and international companies in sectors such as energy, banking, materials, technology and consumer goods.
She has led projects to strengthen ESG reporting practices for publicly listed companies and supported organizations in enhancing their ESG readiness ahead of IPO processes. Her work includes developing ESG roadmaps, preparing sustainability and integrated reports, and collaborating closely with investor relations teams to improve corporate ESG disclosures.
