Cansu Ertan - Partner

Cansu has more than ten years of experience in sustainability reporting, developing ESG strategies, supporting companies in aligning with global sustainability indices, and leading sustainability communications.
In her current role, she supports companies in Türkiye and internationally in identifying climate related risks, conducting climate scenario analyses, developing GHG inventories, preparing CDP disclosures, and designing roadmaps toward net-zero targets in line with the SBTi.

She brings broad and in-depth experience across a diverse range of industries, including automotive and automotive parts manufacturing, food and beverage, textiles, consumer durables, banking and finance, and telecommunications.
​
Cansu holds master’s degrees in Environment and Society Studies from Radboud University and in Sustainable Planning and Environmental Policy from Cardiff University.
Ece AkdoÄŸan Özmen - Partner
​Ece specializes in ESG strategy development and reporting, drawing on long-standing experience in sustainability consulting across the Gulf Region and Türkiye. She has advised local and international companies
in sectors such as energy, banking, materials, technology and consumer goods.
​
She has led projects to strengthen ESG reporting practices for publicly listed companies and supported organizations in enhancing their ESG readiness ahead of IPO processes.
​
Her work includes developing ESG roadmaps, preparing sustainability and integrated reports, and collaborating
closely with investor relations teams to improve corporate ESG disclosures.
​
Ece holds a master’s degree from the Institute of Environmental Sciences at BoÄŸaziçi University. She completed her thesis at the University of Cambridge upon invitation from the programme.
Zehra AydoÄŸan Polat - Partner
Zehra has played an active role in the sustainability transformation of companies operating in Türkiye and
the Gulf region for more than ten years. She has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors, including textiles, food, retail, automotive, energy, finance, telecommunications and petrochemicals.

Her areas of expertise include developing ESG strategies and roadmaps, establishing sustainability governance structures within organisations and guiding working
groups, sustainability and integrated reporting, alignment with global and regional sustainability indices, designing social impact programmes and sustainability communications. Through this work, she supports organisations in demonstrating measurable and transparent sustainability performance that is aligned with both national regulations and international standards.
Zehra graduated in International Relations at Galatasaray
University in 2012.
